6 monthsJob Description:Our client based in Cupertino is seeking a Marketing Assitant to join their team.The role's responsibilities will include:Editorial support [20%]Lead the creation and maintenance of monthly editorial calendars that guide US teams and inform global editorial strategyCreate all Quip templates and story EIs, plus build app and game collection EIsArchive monthly contentFacilitate the maintenance of all US editorial content ensuring ongoing support for recommendable effortsLead developer outreach for relevant editorial contentProduction support [20%]Lead weekly meetings, and attend additional meetings, to review stories for the upcoming week and ensuring that editorial and production are aligned on programmingSupport for priority live kickoff, cover story syncs, IAE stories, etc.Attend fast track and bundle pitch meetings to discuss potential upcoming storiesProgramming support [20%]Prepare and send out daily programming alertsProgram story visibility datesUpdate and maintain general programming instructionsMaintain security settings for confidential EIsUpdate and maintain Programming InstructionsProjects Support/Leadership [40% ]Establish Story Group analysis and optimization workflow with a view to growing the business and driving editorial efficienciesDevelop and implement global core programming frameworks to drive global editorial efficiencies and improve alignment with programming best practicesCreate and establish an efficiency-driving content maintenance workflow to ensure all key content remains up to date, performant and available on store to improve the user experience and business potentialThe target hiring compensation range for this role is $34 to $35/hr.
