Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Marketing Officer at PolarPro in Costa Mesa, CA. The Chief Marketing Officer will expand our digital advertising program, enhance customer retention, build email program, optimize social media program, optimize conversion/sales funnels. They will lead the marketing team in developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand growth and revenue.
Qualifications
- CMO experience running a D2C company with $25mm rev or more
- Exceptional ability to scale and manage digital advertising
- Strong ability to scale email programs
- Exceptional at researching and positioning products
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales and brand development
