About the job

As an integral member of our team, you'll play a pivotal role in marketing automation and email marketing efforts, with the opportunity to support SEO and web optimization.

As a part of the team, you will:

Perform the setup, implementation, and maintenance of marketing automation workflows.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop automated marketing campaigns that nurture leads and drive conversions.Identify opportunities for templates to support greater digital marketing efficiency in email marketing.Monitor and optimize automated campaigns to ensure optimal performance, troubleshoot issues, and suggest improvements based on data analysis.Maintain documentation of workflows and marketing automation processes related to set-up and execution, triggered or transactional messages, and subscription management workflows.Collaborate with web developers and designers to implement website changes aimed at improving user experience and conversion rates.Perform SEO updates to optimize landing pages and other website elements.Ensure workflow conversions align to the lead management process.What you know:

You have Bachelor's degree in marketing, related field, or equivalent experience, and:

Must have experience using Marketo Engage in a development roleKnowledge of email marketing quality tools (e.g. Email on Acid)Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and techniques.Basic knowledge of SEO and Analytics best practices and tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush).Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

We rely on market indicators and consider your specific job, background, skills, and experience to get it right. The base salary for this role is typically $69,000-84,000.
