Are you an entrepreneurial and organized marketing leader who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment? The Amazon Fresh Launch Marketing team is seeking a Launch Marketing Program Manager to help us develop and execute complex marketing programs and experiential campaigns to support the successful launch of Amazon Fresh physical stores. As an Amazon Fresh Launch Marketing Program Manager, you will be part of a dynamic team working to innovate the grocery experience on behalf of our customers.

Amazon Fresh is building a delightful, food-centered, and seamless shopping experience for our customers that showcases, value, convenience, and selection. Customers shopping Amazon Fresh physical stores will find a wide assortment of national brands, prepared foods, bakery items, high-quality produce, meat, and seafood.

To succeed in role, you must be a thoughtful, curious program manager, possess strong business acumen, excellent organizational skills, acute analytical skills and the demonstrated ability to use creative thinking to solve complex problems. You should be comfortable with navigating through high degrees of ambiguity, have strong attention to detail and be motivated by a fast-paced startup environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills and an ability to influence partner teams will also be critical.

Key job responsibilities

Develop and support marketing program plans for Amazon Fresh physical store openings, ensuring alignment with overall growth and expansion goals and required timelines.

Collaborate with the delivery program team to craft marketing initiatives that effectively promote the convenience benefits of Amazon Fresh delivery to customers.

Craft an overarching omnichannel messaging strategy that seamlessly integrates the physical store, delivery, and other Amazon Fresh touch points.

Manage marketing campaigns and experiential programs that include the coordination of creative assets, media placements, in-store activations, and promotional activities with the broader Launch Marketing team.

Analyze campaign performance data and customer insights to optimize marketing programs and identify opportunities for improvement.

Champion the adoption of best practices and process improvements within the Launch Marketing team.

Provide written recommendations to leadership based on data, deep dives and interactions with partner teams.

Basic Qualifications

5+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience

Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements

Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)

Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion

Experience managing and measuring marketing performance in various channels

5+ years of experience in marketing, campaign management, or a related field, ideally in the physical retail or e-commerce industry.

Experience in omnichannel marketing, customer experience, and retail marketing

Preferred Qualifications

Experience managing external partners to develop marketing programs

Experience presenting ideas to various levels of an organization to gain support for initiatives

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $98,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $179,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
