of $74,700 to $83,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).Responsibilities:PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITIONDuties center around developing and implementing strategies for marketing goals and delivering on set plans. This position will create marketing materials and plans often aligned to broader business objective. Along with gathering, analyzing, and forecasting 1st party data this position also reviews more subjective data (surveys and market trends) and uses this along with interpretive data to make market assessments of current initiatives. This position will create detailed reports based upon collected data to create new endeavors and campaigns, and then implement into actionable project plans.PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIESApply expertise in analysis and data to tell the story behind the numbers and provide recommendations to leadership.Provide actionable results that the business can leverage to set strategic direction and make day-to-day decisions.Develop ad hoc reporting reports to inform business decisions, with an emphasis on scalability.Maintain a detailed understanding of available data sources for effective data analysis.Work across different teams and stakeholders, both internal and external.Help to create test strategies and measurement plans.Analyze and report on metrics and campaign effectiveness including traffic, acquisition, conversation, and return on marketing investment.Developing analyses, processes, and reporting for actionable insights.Collaborate in cross-functional projects that require analytical and data-mining skills.Problem solves a variety of business, sales, marketing, and operational problems.Forecast new and available tools to solve evolving business problems that create leads/sales.Effectively communicate findings and solutions to business partners.Creates tactical plan of action across multiple mediums alongside measurement plan.Tracks, analyzes, and prepares results of marketing campaigns to inform future activity.Collaborates and influences internal teams to develop strategies and actionable tactics to profitably grow customer relationships.Assists in content creation across digital and standard media that incorporate a comprehensive campaign.Assess and recommend emerging media trends and technologies for potential to deliver on KPIsMentor team on analytic approaches and data visualization.Ability to problem solve independently on day-to-day issues and implement actions to solve.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS2+ years experience in a prior Marketing Analytical role or equivalent combination of formal education/training and experience.
