The Stores Recruitment Marketing Partner will help build affinity for our employer brand, empower our recruiting teams, attract and engage prospects, and improve the candidate experience - helping people understand why Walmart is a great place to build their careers.

About Recruitment Marketing & Brand:

The Recruitment Marketing & Brand Global Center of Excellence, part of the Global Talent & Learning team, supports the Fortune One company and second largest employment platform in the world, Walmart. Our purpose is to inspire great, diverse talent globally to know us, love us, and work with us.

As a Stores RM Partner, you'll work with our People teams and retail staff to find the most compelling ways to communicate our value proposition and attract the right candidates to work with us. You will work in Bentonville, AR, and report to the senior manager II of Recruitment Marketing & Brand.

What you'll do:

Develop strategic campaigns

- Acquire your target demographics, create your channel strategy, and build campaigns that resonate with your audiences at all points of their candidate journey.

Produce compelling stories and visuals

- Guide agencies and internal partners on web and graphic design, video production, print collateral, media buying, copywriting, photography, and more to connect with your audience.

Select tools and channels

- Partner with agencies and internal team members to improve usage of our CRM, CMS, social channels and other tools. Apply tactics like SEO, SEM, out-of-home, inbound, outbound, native, and content marketing - all paid, owned, and earned media useful to achieve conversions.

Highlight our value proposition

- Build affinity for our employer brand, bringing our associate value proposition (AVP/EVP) proof points to life according to the job motivators of the talent we want to recruit.

Build strategic relationships

- Build relationships with vendors, understanding their products and capabilities and getting the most out of their strengths. Build internal partnerships and support your partners' goals.

Promote enterprise and team success

- Partner with agencies to tag and report on full-funnel throughput metrics like CPC, CPL, CPA, CPH, quality, reach and engagement to tell our success story.

Minimum Qualifications

: Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field and 2 years' experience in marketing or related field OR 4 years' experience in marketing or related field.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. Programs range from high school completion to bachelor's degrees, including English Language Learning and short-form certificates. Tuition, books, and fees are completely paid for by Walmart.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00



Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
