The selected candidate for this highly relational role will be an integral part of the team charged with delivering solutions that add value, increase capacity, and remove barriers to serve our people and meet evolving business needs for the national payments business line. The Project Manager will initiate and lead multiple projects at varying levels that contribute to the overall FRFS mission & strategy, as well as promote a healthy FRFS culture, positively impact the FRFS employee experience, demonstrate our employee value proposition (EVP), and bring our unified "people always" culture to life. This role will report directly to the Vice President of Enterprise Culture and Internal Communications.

Federal Reserve Financial Services (FRFS) delivers a suite of payments services to financial institutions via FedLine Solutions, Fedwire Funds and Securities, the National Settlement Service (NSS), FedCash1, FedACH, Check Services, and the FedNow Service. FRFS operates as a fully integrated organization with groups dedicated to operations, technology, product and industry engagement, enterprise services, and one focused on the ongoing growth and development of the FedNow instant payment service. Position SummaryResponsible for development of project plans and execution of project deliverables that unify the culture and increase employee engagement in a virtual and highly-matrixed environment while keeping leadership and other key stakeholders aligned, informed, and prepared.Coordinates with FRFS Internal Communication and Culture leads, as well as the FRFS Business Partners and Data Analytics team, to ensure that business needs are proactively diagnosed and addressed. Partners with District and System colleagues to help drive and influence cross-district initiatives. May participate on System work groups and work with staff throughout the System to foster communication and sharing of best practices.Serves as a utility player and executes proactively on analyzing solutions to team objectives, champions change to foster efficiency, and supports FRFS leaders in their responsibilities to successfully manage the complexities inherent to a cross-district footprint.Builds trust and maintains highly collaborative relationships with other members of the Employee Experience team and other partners, including the FRFS Business Partners, OCPE, the DE&I office, FRFS leadership, functional business lines, local Reserve Bank leaders and key System partners.Acts as an escalation point for conflicts, risks, issues, and action items as brought forth by project team. Responds to issues or problems that arise in day-to-day project operations and/or during development efforts. Meets with appropriate staff to define and investigate problems or issues and propose mission-driven solutions in alignment with our Integrated Payment Strategy, including recommendations for thinking differently across the enterprise and/or re prioritizing work.Uses data from various sources to influence progress and drive change in support of priorities.Maintains a high degree of confidentiality.What we are looking forStrong role model and demonstrated interest in serving as a people ambassador.
