Ensure high-quality design for tradeshow exhibits 20x20 and smaller and events with less than 50 exhibitors (layout, fixtures, and signage) for Customers and clients.
Weekly activity breakdown
-50% of the role will be creating high-quality designs for tradeshow exhibits and events (layout, fixtures, and signage).
-10% Assemble PowerPoint presentations with images of the concept design for the project, material callouts, information on dimensions of the elements of the exhibit, floorplan views, and general show information.
-25% Create appealing graphic designs that meet the client's branding. Create high-quality designs and graphics. Accurately review art for errors and imperfections.
-7% Engage with sales teams, account services, and clients (where needed) to thoroughly understand their visions, goals, and expectations for the trade
show booth, and event projects. Discuss project objectives, desired outcomes, branding guidelines, budget constraints, and any specific
requirements or preferences the client may have.
-3% Compile project files from the AM/PM team, client, and/or client design team and organize files to ensure accessibility and availability to other
departments, as well as future reference. Files are sent via Smartsheets, email, or Microsoft Teams.
-5% Size art to fit Apple Rock frame or custom structure and check for quality, correct coloring, and consistency from piece to piece. Identify errors in art,
such as color, resolution, layout, etc. to ensure a smooth transition of project files to other departments
