User Experience Designer

Job Title: UX/UI DesignerDuration: 06-12 Months (Part Time - 20/25 hrs/week)Location: Phoenix AZ 85003(Hybrid)JOB DESCRIPTION:Full stack UX/UI Designer Requirements:Proficient in prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XDAbility to create wireframes, prototypes, and mockupsReact experience is a plusFamiliarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScriptExperience with responsive and adaptive designExperience conducting user research and testingUnderstanding of accessibility standards and guidelines (ADA)General understanding of version control systems such as GitGeneral understanding of .NET framework and its interaction with front-end technologiesExperience utilizing modeling languages such as UMLFamiliarity with Scrum to deliver iterative progress using Agile methodologyExperience with Azure DevOpsCompelling storyteller using customer insights with qualitative/quantitative data.Demonstrate experience in Front End and Back End software development practice.Development experience preferredBuild Information Architecture for each project to improve customer engagement.Perform work with limited tools and supervision (entrepreneurial mindset).Follow UI industry trends and best design practices.Collaborate as partner with Development, Product, Business, and external Customers.Provide up-to-date portfolio to demonstrate previous work products.Soft Skills:Communication and collaboration skillsAbility to work effectively in a team environmentAbility to work in Phoenix, Arizona, time zoneStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple projects and meet deadlinesAbility to receive and implement feedback effectivelyThe Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer and is committed to creating an equitable and inclusive environment for all.
