The Marketing Manager will be responsible for overseeing events programming and execution, managing the ambassador and partnerships program, and providing dealer marketing support. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for marketing, excellent project management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.This is a critical role that will help bring our brand to life in multiple environments. With a keen understanding of the marketing ecosystem and ability to build meaningful relationships across the outdoor community, you sit at the intersection of brand experience and commerce.Key ResponsibilitiesEvents Programming and ExecutionAdvance and grow the overall events platform at Adventurer ManufacturingPlan, coordinate, and execute company events, including trade shows, expos, and other consumer facing eventsDevelop event strategies that align with overall marketing goals and drive brand awareness and engagementManage event budgets, timelines, and logistics to ensure seamless executionCollaborate with vendors, organizers and other professionals to ensure timely coordination and executionAnalyze event performance and provide insights and recommendations for future improvementsAmbassador and Partnerships ProgramDevelop and manage the ambassador program to enhance brand visibility and credibilityIdentify and cultivate relationships with key influencers, brand ambassadors, and partnersCoordinate partnership initiatives and campaigns to maximize brand exposure and reachDevelop and manage the pro-deal program as a conduit to engage and cultivate relationships within the outdoor industryTrack and measure the effectiveness of ambassador and partnership activities, providing regular reports to senior managementDealer Marketing SupportProvide marketing support to dealers, ensuring they have the tools and resources needed to effectively promote Adventurer's productsDevelop and distribute marketing materials, including product brochures, promotional assets, and training materialsCollaborate with internal sales team and dealer partners to plan and execute local marketing initiativesMonitor dealer performance and provide feedback and guidance to optimize marketing effortsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred or equivalent experienceA minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on events, partnerships, and dealer supportProven track record of successfully managing and executing marketing eventsDetailed planner with a sense of urgency to accomplish projectsStrong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong interest in building relationships with brand ambassadors, partners as well as internal colleaguesNegotiating skills to support management of ambassadors and independent contractorsAnalytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insightsProficiency in marketing software and tools, such as CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and social media management toolsCreative thinker with a passion for marketing and a drive to stay ahead of industry trendsAbility to travel domestically and to Canada (~25%) and a commitment to follow all safety regulations and guidelines
