This position will be hybrid/in-office out of our Lehi, UT HQReports to: Sr. Manager, Community MarketingWhat You Will Own

Ambassador and Affiliate Program:

Develop and launch Weave's Brand Ambassador Program, focusing on strategy and cross-functional collaboration across marketing, sales, finance, and customer journey.Create a comprehensive plan outlining the program's structure, including tiers, benefits, and requirements.Determine the types of incentives and rewards for participants, such as commissions, discounts, or exclusive access.Identify any necessary technology platforms required to manage an ambassador program at scale.Create onboarding materials, such as welcome kits, training resources, and guidelines.Implement tracking mechanisms to monitor the performance of ambassadors and affiliates.Set up regular communication channels, such as newsletters, emails, or a dedicated online community platform.Build and manage relationships with brand ambassadors, affiliates, and creator agencies.Conduct outreach and relationship-building for UGC and advocacy campaigns.Monitor campaign results and provide ongoing support to ambassadors and affiliates.Make data-driven adjustments to optimize the program for better results.Participate in the ongoing discovery and recruitment of creators to expand our brand ambassador community.Assist in managing budgets and tracking goals, contributing to the creative briefing process.Online Community Participation:

Foster and manage participation in the Weave online community, ensuring active engagement and interaction.Develop strategies to enhance the online community experience and drive participation from brand ambassadors and affiliates.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate community feedback into broader company strategies.Digital Community Engagement:

Develop strategies and execute programs across all organic social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest and others.Manage day-to-day posting and community engagement.Further develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and growth.Craft compelling and engaging content and campaigns, ensuring creativity and on-brand messaging.Monitor channels for trends, opportunities, and potential issues.Analyze insights and metrics to optimize content performance and inform future strategies.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to drive innovation and growth.Track and analyze key performance metrics, such as reach and engagement, and use data insights to optimize content and strategies.Establish a 30-60-day rolling editorial calendar for organic social, maintained in Asana.What You Will Need to Accomplish the Job

5+ years of relevant experience.Proven experience in brand ambassador program management and digital community engagement.Excellent project management and organizational skills with attention to detail and commitment to follow-through.Strong communication skills, ability to multitask effectively, and a passion for the creator space.Solid understanding of social media platforms, their respective audiences, and best practices.Experience with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Impact)Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and generate new ideas.Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with team members.Analytical skills to assess the success of campaigns, content, and programs.Proactive and motivated with a self-starter attitude.Understanding of Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines.Passion for relationships, mutually beneficial partnerships, and problem-solving.Creative problem-solver; able to anticipate and solve problems independently and follow through on projects to completion.What Will Make Us Love You

Familiarity with talent contract negotiation and the briefing process.Familiarity with different affiliate marketing platforms (e.g., Impact, ShareASale, Rakuten, Commission Junction) and make recommendations based on our specific needs.Good creative judgment to recognize on-brand partnerships and content.Understanding of the competitive landscape within the industry.
