Over the past 2 years, Nature's Sunshine has developed a meaningful affiliate program contributing to topline revenue, brand awareness' and brand adoption. Today, our affiliate program consists of traditional "social" affiliates (influencers with a sizeable following and commissionable sales) and corporate affiliates (Rakuten, Honey, Capital One) and we are looking for a Manager of Affiliate Partnerships to take our program to the next level! Additionally, we need someone to develop and commercialize a new Customer Sharing program for Gen Z and Millennial entrepreneurs.

The Manager of Affiliate Marketing for Nature's Sunshine will be a key contributor of the North American marketing team solely responsible for driving awareness, adoption, engagement and loyalty of Nature's Sunshine's Affiliate program. This individual will be imperative in delivering this mission critical initiative for NSPs future.

This position will report to the Director of Marketing for North America.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop Sharing Strategy:

Develop a simple and repeatable customer sharing strategy for DTC and field customers that drives engagement and adoption.

Affiliate Strategy:

Enhance the current Affiliate program including the strategy, implementation, and KPIs/milestones that will sizably grow the Affiliate business within the next 2 years.

Affiliate and Customer Sharing Marketing Activation:

Lead the development of the Affiliate campaigns, creative, strategy, and optimizations to drive adoption, retention and acceleration of revenue.

Affiliate and Customer Sharing Resources:

Develop the pertinent information (training, education, content, etc.) required to drive adoption, increased engagement and recruitment.

Community Management:

Nurture the affiliate community, building relationships and loyalty, helping them be successful entrepreneurs.

Measurement:

Develop a measurement and tracking approach in partnership with finance that drives insights, recommendations and strategic pivots as necessary.

Event Activation:

Manage 3-4 affiliate events annually including strategy, budget, execution, community outreach, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, or similar

5+ years' experience in Affiliate program development and management

Strong negotiation skills and the ability to plan and execute affiliate marketing strategies.

Understanding of how to use affiliate marketing to influence KPIs and drive sales.

Proven experience in building and maintaining a brand network and community.

Experience analyzing initiatives and program performance, and recommending optimizations and adjustments

Familiarity with corporate affiliate platform, i.e. Rakuten, Honey, Capital One
