Affiliate Manager

to join our

Marketing team . In this position, you will be responsible for leading, managing, and executing all Affiliate Marketing Channel activities such as vendor research and onboarding, vendor compliance, vendor management and partnerships, growth strategy, budgeting, forecasting, monthly buys, accruals, invoicing, and optimizations across your affiliate network products to drive lead volume across our campus and program offerings. Your focus is to develop and execute marketing strategies to drive growth and revenue across all IEC properties.Essential Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesManage daily operations of lead buying, management of existing partners, including contracts, implementations, traffic quality and flow, campaigns, performance analysis to achieve the associated ROI and Marketing KPI GoalsResearch, identify, and grow new affiliate partnerships and campaigns with quality and scale to expand our reach and support key initiatives as neededProvide data-driven performance feedback and actionable insights both internally to regionals, and externally to affiliate partners to drive Cost per Start efficiencies, maintaining regular partner meetingsMonitor admissions staff conversion to ensure the quality of leads generated and campus level admissions results meet expectationsDig into channel data to drive testing, optimization and analysis to identify key levers and opportunities for improvementsOperationalize campaigns by defining program objectives, tactics, targeting, KPIs, budgets, forecasts, and prioritization of initiativesEnsure that monthly accrual process are compiled correctly and accuratelyMonitor and report on portfolio pacing weekly and performance monthlyDevelop reporting and insight capabilities and processes to effectively assess progress and opportunitiesSpecial projects and other duties as assignedKey Success FactorsThe successful candidate will be accountable for overall affiliate channel performance and lead generation volume for IEC's brands, regions, campuses, and programsKey Performance Metrics include: Volume of leads, CPL, LER, CPSDynamic self-starter, great problem solving skills, and drive to continually improveEffective communicator who excels at cross-functional collaborationHighly organized with a strong attention to detail and good follow-throughCommitment to quality, compliance, efficacy and accountabilityDemonstrate a proven track record of success with performance based, direct response marketing programs and upward mobility in key areas of responsibilityEducation, Experience, and Skillset3+ years of experience with Affiliate Management and Digital MarketingBachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent business experienceAbility to manage and understand all methods to assess marketing and business goalsA clear understanding of affiliate tracking models, tools, and platformsUnderstanding of web-based and/or mobile technologyData-driven, analytical and highly experienced with ExcelPrevious online media buying experience preferredExperience with API based platforms, integrations, ping-post, lead generation platformsExcellent communication and organizational skillsWe offer an exciting, fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
