Creative Director
to lead creative efforts and ensuring consistency and innovation in our visual and brand identity.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with Marketing Management and the Design Team to develop and implement creative strategies that align with our brand vision and business goals.Analyze and understand market trends and customer insights, iteratively refining creative approaches to enhance brand engagement.Develop and maintain a defined language and style for content, continuously improving based on performance metrics and feedback.Ideate and direct new forms of content, ensuring all materials reflect the brand's standards and resonate with our target audience.Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, interpreting and analyzing performance data to inform future strategies.Communicate deadlines, expectations, and any issues while working cohesively with the team and managing cross-functional projects.Qualifications and Skills:Bachelor's degree in fine arts, advertising, graphic design, or a related field.5+ years of experience in a creative leadership role with a portfolio demonstrating successful brand management and creative campaigns.Proficiency in design software, social media platforms, and special effects tools.Proven ability to lead and inspire a creative team, delivering projects in a timely manner.A visionary individual with a genuine passion for storytelling and innovative design.Understands business objectives and client needs, adjusting projects accordingly.Ability to manage and allocate resources, set timelines and manage workflows.** THIS ROLE IS 100% ONSITE**
