The VP will be tasked with developing and executing a comprehensive product marketing strategy, leading a team of product marketers, and ensuring that the company's solutions meet the dynamic needs of customers, members, and providers. They will also be involved in market research, defining unique value propositions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align and execute marketing initiatives. Applicants for the VP of Product Marketing role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field, with an MBA or advanced degree preferred. A minimum of 12 years' of experience in product marketing, including at least 5 years' in a leadership role within a B2B setting, is required. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the mental health industry, strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights. They should be adept at leading product launches, defining compelling messaging, and fostering strong partnerships across the business. Experience in a late-stage company or fast-growing startup is a plus.
