About the Team:

The Global Employee Communications (GEC) team at UKG is seeking a Senior Employee Communications Strategist to focus on executive communications. Our team is dedicated to driving employee engagement through effective communication, with a particular emphasis on supporting executive-level messaging. We also develop internal communication plans, announcements, articles, and other business communications. Additionally, we manage high-impact internal activities across the organization.

About the Role:

As the Employee Communications Strategist Lead, you will play a crucial role in supporting C-suite executives (e.g., CEO, Office of the GTM President) by crafting compelling communications that align with our brand and strategic goals. This position requires exceptional written and verbal communication skills. You’ll develop and execute communication plans and strategies that engage and inform employees, fostering a positive work environment. We’re looking for self-starters who are highly motivated to provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive internal communication plans that resonate with our diverse employee base.

• Plan, write, and edit impactful announcements, articles, and other business communications from senior leaders.

• Create effective presentations and draft messages or scripts from senior executives for presentation to employees in written or spoken format.

• Produce all-employee webinars.

• Gather insights and seek real-time feedback via internal and external channels and adjust communications content accordingly.

• Build effective relationships with senior executive stakeholders and serve as a trusted advisor, providing updates on developments throughout the organization.

• Champion and support special projects and initiatives that drive employee engagement.

• Manage high-impact internal activities at UKG, ensuring that our employees are informed, engaged, and connected.

Qualifications

About You:

Basic Qualifications

• Seasoned Communicator: Demonstrated expertise in verbal and written communications with a minimum of 7 years of experience.

• Educational Background: Possess an appropriate bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, journalism, business, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Collaborative Spirit: A strong team player who actively seeks input, welcomes feedback, and offers help to colleagues.

• Meticulously Organized: Highly detail-oriented, exceptionally accurate, and adept at follow-up, ensuring that no communication falls through the cracks.

• Master of Multitasking: Strong multitasking skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, work under pressure, and adapt to shifting priorities.

• Content Creation Expert: Hold professional qualifications in written and graphical content production, creation, and management.

• Customer-Centric Attitude: Approach your work with a positive and professional demeanor, always focused on meeting the needs of our employees and executive stakeholders.

• Self-Motivated: Display a strong drive to learn and develop new skills, keeping pace with evolving communication trends and strategies.
