The Brand Marketing Manager for Social Influencers is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that leverage influencer partnerships to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty. This role requires a deep understanding of influencer marketing trends, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to analyze and optimize campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Development:

Develop and implement comprehensive influencer marketing strategies aligned with the brand's overall marketing objectives.

Identify and analyze market trends to inform strategic planning and campaign development.

Influencer Identification and Outreach:

Research and identify potential influencers across various social media platforms who align with the brand's values and target audience.

Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, agencies, and other third-party partners.

Campaign Management:

Plan, execute, and manage influencer marketing campaigns from start to finish, including contract negotiations, content creation, and campaign launch.

Ensure all campaigns are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Content Development:

Collaborate with influencers to create engaging, authentic content that resonates with their followers and promotes the brand effectively.

Oversee the creation and approval of influencer-generated content to ensure it meets brand standards and compliance guidelines.

Performance Tracking and Reporting:

Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of influencer marketing campaigns using key metrics such as engagement, reach, and ROI.

Use data-driven insights to optimize ongoing campaigns and inform future strategies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with internal teams, including direct to consumer, social media, PR, creative, and product, to ensure a cohesive approach to influencer marketing.

Coordinate with the sales team to align influencer campaigns with product launches and promotional events.

Budget Management:

Develop and manage the influencer marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.

Partnerships

Develop and manage digital content partnerships

Compliance and Legal:

Ensure all influencer partnerships comply with relevant advertising and disclosure regulations.

Manage contracts, payments, and other administrative tasks related to influencer collaborations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience.

Proven experience (4-6 years) in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or social media management.

Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer marketing trends.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in analytics tools and platforms for tracking and reporting campaign performance.

Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with influencer marketing platforms and tools.

Previous experience in a similar role.

Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies.

Working Conditions:

Occasional travel may be required for influencer meetings, events, and conferences.
