PURPOSE:

Hybrid role. Based in the RTP, North Carolina area, the Sr. Marketing Specialist, North America Marketing, will be a significant driver of demand generation, expected to execute strategic marketing initiatives to generate and foster leads, drive brand awareness, and achieve business goals through the creation and execution of marketing campaigns and communications. All activities will be tied to an overarching Global Marketing Strategy which contributes to achieving company growth goals. In conjunction with their responsibilities, the Sr. Marketing Specialist must lead by example and have a “growth” mindset. They will inspire the team to develop their skills, be forward-thinking, be innovative, and to succeed as a team.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute high-impact, lead generation marketing campaigns across multiple channels (email marketing, paid advertising, content marketing, etc.).Craft compelling narratives and execute strategic communication initiatives that amplify our laboratory informatics offerings and propel user engagement.Create high quality content for marketing materials, such as white papers, blog posts, case studies, general availability documents, and product brochures, ensuring brand consistency and messaging alignment.Analyze marketing campaign and collateral performance monthly in alignment with digital marketing and identify areas for improvement to suggest to leadership.Establish consistent collaboration with the Digital Marketing team to deliver impactful content and timely updates, guaranteeing seamless alignment across all channels and consistent maintenance of brand awareness.Collaborate with regional business partners (Customer Support, Sales, Product Management) to maximize operational efficiencies across the business to drive growth.Collaborate with event marketer to ignite customer enthusiasm, elevate brand visibility, and drive increased event registration through impactful marketing communications.Attend and support events and tradeshows as needed to gain valuable insights into different industries, customers’ evolving needs, and enhance personal skill development.Cultivate strong, professional relationships with third-party vendors to enhance business operations and ensure quality of service.Following relevant market-based tactics and SMART success measurements integrated marketing campaigns aligned with best practices to support sales and go-to-market effort.Maintain constant awareness of market positioning amongst competitors, using data and insight to suggest creative and bold ways to improve the brand proposition within market.Ensure all regionally developed materials align under the corporate image, positioning, and messaging throughout all laboratory solutions, promotional materials, campaigns, events, and all other mediums.Ensure all materials are aligned with QARA regulations and reviewed by digital marketing team for alignment to brand.Be a customer champion, spearheading robust data-driven initiatives to grow overall reach and optimize each stage of the customer journey.Leverage data and analytics to drive evidence-based marketing science strategies that optimize commercial performance and customer engagement.Tactically drive customer satisfaction and NPS score.Responsible for performing all duties in compliance with FDA’s Quality System Regulation (QSR), ISO13485, and all other international regulatory requirements with which Clinisys complies.Skills needed to be successfulMulti-channel Healthcare B2B lead generation experience, desired.Experience with SaaS and Cloud based solutions, desired.Strong understanding and ability to manage marketing campaigns.Strong understanding of marketing best practices across various channels (email marketing, content marketing, paid advertising).Ability to lead and execute on multiple, critical projects at a time.Demonstrated ability to execute tasks independently with minimal guidance daily.Positive mindset and willingness to collaborate in team setting to achieve a common goal.Excellent strategic and analytical skills with an ability to think strategically, generate creative solutions, and achieve successful business results rapidly.Strong interpersonal skills as well as strong written and verbal communication skills to drive and deliver marketing goals.Validated ability to communicate to multiple audiences in written, verbal and presentation format.Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills to work effectively in a matrixed, cross-functional environment.Seeks techniques, and technology.Ability to travel ~20% to support high-profile events and monitor industry trends by understanding customer needs.Required Experience & EducationBachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline.3+ years of experience in the execution of marketing communications, multi-channel advertising, brand activities, lead generation, brand awareness, and sales support, in software, high technology, eBusiness, or equivalent environment.2+ years managing and leading successful multi-channel marketing vertical.Preferred Experience & EducationExperience working in global and/or international digital and marketing communications.Experience within IT software marketplace.Ability and comfort level communicating with and presenting to clinical and technical experts and leadership.Experience with laboratories, medical devices, healthcare information systems, or equivalent, desired.Experience with marketing automation platforms.Physical RequirementsWork is performed in a normal office setting with minimal exposure to health or safety hazards. Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.Up to 20% Travel may be required.Moderate lifting/carrying 15-44 lbs.; use of fingers; walking/standing 2-6 hours.Exposure to hazardous materials or various weather conditions.Travel to client sites that can pose risk associated with healthcare organization.May be required to follow customer location health and safety requirements.
