The Marketing Manager is responsible for playing an integral role in the development and execution of marketing strategies, campaigns, and operations to increase brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and generate leads. This role involves being a key part of the marketing team, coordinating with cross-functional departments, and ensuring all marketing initiatives meet deadlines and align with our goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Become a key member of the marketing team by engaging in strategic and tactical activities aimed at achieving the organization's marketing objectives.
  • Conduct research and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions and/or adjust marketing strategies to ensure competitive advantage.
  • Implement multi-channel campaigns to generate leads by setting-up campaigns in CRM, then track and report on results.
  • Manage creative working with agencies, specifically for website, Pay Per Click, and radio partners.
    • Work with agencies, evaluate and provide recommendations for new creative and website content based on competitive activity and business goals.
    • Conduct biannual competitive analysis.
  • Design, develop, and implement email communications using Pardot and/or Salesforce.
  • Utilize Salesforce to analyze client interactions and data, such as leads, signups, and client segmentation, and to produce reports for marketing campaigns and programs.
  • Support events, partnership opportunities, and business development by ensuring they are well-organized, and collateral materials are available.
  • Responsible for collateral materials, including evaluating them to ensure quality and alignment with current marketing goals.
  • Monitor and fulfill requests in Asana to Marketing Service Bureau working with external creative resources and agencies. These include requests for design, video production, copywriting, print needs, firm photography (head shots, events).
  • Coordinate marketing inventory and invoices for firm collateral: ordering swag, folders, promotional items, managing invoices and budgets.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 7 years in a similar role
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing plans and campaigns.
  • Strong communication, and project management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Must be willing to be in our New York office four (4) days per week, Monday-Thursday.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Proficiency with marketing communication and reporting tools such as Domo, Salesforce, Pardot.
  • Knowledge of competitive analysis methods and data analysis.
  • Ability to multitask and manage several projects at once.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in digital marketing and social media strategy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated strong intellectual curiosity.
  • Team collaborator with excellent interpersonal skills.

COMPENSATION:

$110,000 - $130,000
