YesJob Summary :The Director of Brand Marketing will lead the development of strategy, breakthrough marketing plans and activations that create and grow brand awareness, deliver marketing results and business impact for the AdvoCare brand and product brands.The Director of Brand Marketing has successfully built brands and businesses by forging connections with new audiences and strengthening relationships with existing customers. The Director of Brand Marketing is also an accomplished marketing leader, possessing sharp strategic and creative instincts, a proven ability to build, support, and encourage multi-disciplinary teams to do the best work of their careers.Overview of Responsibilities :Brand Management & Strategic Planning

Help define and champion brand purpose, ensuring it comes to life and is cohesive and consistent through all touch points and consumer experiences across all channels.Responsible for managing multiple brands across a diverse portfolio.Lead cohesive brand activation plans including brand advertising, product campaigns, always-on marketing activities, brand partnerships and extensions. Drive consistent experiences across all audience touch points.Correlate activations to measurement plans that yield performance results.Lead the development of content strategies with internal teams and external agencies that enable brand advertising.Advocate for brand marketing investments that create sustainable marketing impact and business growth.Manage a roadmap and calendar for omni-channel brand marketing campaigns and content, tailored toward audience behavioral segmentationLead strategic planning and oversight of brand marketing campaigns, serving as a key facilitator of integrated planning processes, collaboration and alignment across the marketing team.Bring fresh, relevant points of view to the work at hand and build toward the future of the brand.

Leadership & Team Management

Provide team leadership for company-wide collaboration of brand campaigns for revenue growth.Manage a team with an optimistic, problem-solving mindset and build upon the marketing team's brand marketing capabilities through teaching, training and skillset development at the individual level.

Market Analysis

Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify brand growth and differentiation opportunities.Be a knowledgeable authority on the audiences we support, the category and competitors we compete against to inform brand strategy.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

Lead and brief all brand activities, working closely with Product Marketing, Digital Marketing and Creative for campaign development and execution.Partner with Product Marketing, Digital and Creative teams to craft strategy and plans that enable breakthrough brand events, activations and experiences across owned and earned marketing channels.Partner with leadership team in development of KPIs and measurement planning; align strategies to goals; hold team and vendors accountable for progress towards defined KPIs.

Experience, Skills and Education :Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field; Master's degree preferred10+ years of progressive Marketing experience, preferably in brand marketing in the consumer product industry, including a minimum of three years leading teams.Extensive direct-to-consumer e-commerce and retail marketing experienceDeep experience in leading brand marketing in a high-growth, multi-channel, multi-product, data-driven consumer products companyStrong understanding of cultural trends and consumer behaviorCPG experience in the food and beverage industry; vitamins, minerals and supplements category a plusProven experience building brands and results-oriented marketing plans. Familiarity with brand fundamentals (architecture, identity, and competitive positioning)Team leadership experience, with the ability to develop strong internal partnerships and collaborate across teamsCompensation details:
