Foley is currently seeking a Business Development & Marketing (BD&M) Specialist to join our team! The right candidate will assist the Energy Sector through efficient and effective execution of the activities defined in the Energy Sector\'s strategic plan. This individual will have strong project management skills needed to manage and deliver sector programs, activities, and process that support the business development and marketing strategy of the Energy Sector. This position will work closely with the Sr. BD&M Manager - Energy to stay versed on emerging legal and market trends in energy and help position the firm for increased revenue and profile-raising opportunities.#LI-Hybrid Responsibilities Develop customized pitches/RFPs, presentations, and marketing materials. Help implement all events, conferences/seminars and client entertainment. Create and maintain compelling marketing materials for the Energy Sector. Execute the delivery of innovative, distinctive, and integrated profile-raising campaigns and initiatives for Energy Sector, including client events, targeted seminar programs, client-facing material production, website development, digital and social media, etc. Update the firm\'s CRM database, including data entry, external mailings, and running reports. Write submissions to award programs and directories aligned to the Energy Sector. Identify memberships, sponsorships, and subscriptions that further Energy Sector knowledge and provide new sources for lead generation. Assist lead attorneys with maximizing benefits. Support key client accounts within the Energy Sector portfolio. Help create and distribute thought leadership materials, such as client alerts and industry outlooks, through mass mailings, digital media postings, and internal newsletters and alerts.
