After starting out in 2019, we are working with some of the biggest consumer brands. As we grow rapidly, we are looking for more talented people to join our team.What we do:We produce and rigorously test hundreds of video ads for our clients to support their marketing efforts on social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and more. Many of the biggest direct-to-consumer businesses rely on our team to drive their acquisition growth.The Role:We are looking for a Sr. Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building relationships with and driving profitable growth for 10+ clients. You will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our performance creative strategy and ensuring we meet or exceed client KPIs. Our clients are some of the top-spending advertisers on Meta, so we are looking for candidates with relevant experience.Responsibilities:Develop a deep understanding of client needs, their business, their unique positioning, and their industryServe as key liaison between our internal team and our external partners, acting as a main point of contact or point of escalation for assigned accountsManage timelines and deliverables with respective peers and stakeholdersPartner closely with our campaign and creative team to analyze and ideate growth strategiesWork in tandem with our data team to develop client-facing reporting and conduct analyses with actionable insightsManage and strengthen relationships with clients through regular communication via Slack, email, calls, and in-person outingsActively seek opportunities to drive growth from existing channels and expand partnership scopeEnsure accurate performance tracking and adherence to advertising compliance and best practicesStay up-to-date with industry and portfolio trendsQualifications:6+ years of digital advertising experience or e-commerce experience on Meta, TikTok, and/or YouTubeDirect results and experience in Paid Social as an acquisition channel, including industry trends, experimentation, A/B testing, and technical campaign managementExcellent interpersonal communication and presentation skillsProven track record of successful strategic planning and executionAbility to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentAbility to prioritize efforts, balancing long-term strategic initiatives with short-term needs or ad hoc requestsStrong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insightsProactive attitude and ability to initiate projects and ideas with minimal supervisionPersonal Attributes:Passionate and Curious:
