THE ROLE: **

Domino’s Pizza is seeking an Assistant Content Coordinator to advance Domino’s personalization strategy and create dynamic, personalized experiences across all digital ordering and marketing channels. This role will be vital in unlocking Domino’s significant data advantage and accelerating impact of digital channels to drive topline business growth by deploying more relevant, high-value consumer experiences across channels.

WHAT YOU’LL DO: **

(60%) Support the development of content across various platforms

Collaborate with Personalization, Journey Marketing, Loyalty, eComm and Owned Media teams to identify needs and requirements for content creation across owned media and eComm to support activation of personalization and other owned media initiatives

Deliver well defined requirements (including design specs, messaging hierarchy, creative focus, and customer segment) to activation and creative agencies for creation

Single point of contact within team for gathering and sending feedback from relevant stakeholders (project teams, leadership, advertising, legal etc.) to creative and activation agencies

Work with Advertising and Manager, Owned Media to ensure Domino’s brand attributes, creative best practices, and guidelines are incorporated into content development

Coordinate and organize content library to ensure it is accurate and up to date with appropriate creative

(30%) Project management for content creation

Establish timelines and deadlines that allow for creative rounds and approvals from stakeholders

Establish process to ensure requirements are well defined at handoff and feedback is captured and applied in creative rounds and handoffs

Ensure project communication is occurring so that all impacted parties have correct and timely updates on scope & status

(10%) Administrative support for Owned Media and Personalization

Track and process invoices related to content creation and from activation agency

Support manger with processing contract renewals through approval systems

Qualifications:Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field

1 – 3 years integrated marketing or related experience

Effective time management skills, including multi-tasking and strong organizational skills

Ability to be resourceful and handle multiple stakeholders and changing priorities

Strong collaborator

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
