Associate Brand Manager, Marketing Brand Management Air Care, Brand Equity
for Glade will lead development & execution of integrated brand communications, visual brand language, claims and portfolio strategy. Will also strongly partner with innovation team and country marketing commercialization teams to deliver Strat 2030 plans.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESLeverage consumer insights to shape a holistic brand strategy and create winning plans for Strat 2030
Partner with agencies to create and produce new brands assets for Integrated Marketing Campaigns
Partner with Consumer Insights and Design teams team to articulate brand/products experience and claims and develop new visual brand language
Partner with base innovation team and RDE to design Global Innovation Pipeline
Shared accountability for Brand's P&L and market shares globally
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU'LL BRINGBachelor's degree and minimum 5+ years of relevant experience, or minimum 3+ years of experience and advanced degree preferred
Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the US
PREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLSRelentless focus on winning the consumer and driving brand growth
Global experience or exposure is ideal but not required
Excellent ability to work with cross-functional teams - to influence them, push them, encourage them, listen to them, celebrate them, trust them, and unleash them to do what they do best.
Passion for creative asset development with agency partners
Demonstrated ability to thrive in ambiguous situations, challenge conventional wisdom, approach work with confidence and curiosity, and prioritize goals over process
