a leading financial software company , is looking to hire a

Content Designer

to join their team on a hybrid schedule in Tucson, AZ .***This is a 1 year contract with the potential for extension or conversion***Come join the Sales Enablement team as a Content Developer. We're in the midst of an exciting change journey and are looking for flexible and versatile team members who have a hunger for learning and innovation. Thriving on change will be critical to your success as we support the evolution of our sales teams to a world-class consultative selling organization. As a key member of our awesome team, you will be responsible for developing learning content for SaaS offerings, workflows, product knowledge, and sales skills required in support of the Sales and Customer Success groups.What You'll Do:Create customer backed and performance based content.Design and develop content that provides relevant practice and feedback.Use up-to-date knowledge and skills associated with the content being developed and delivered.Access and use other expert resources to design and develop training.Determine audience needs and flex design/development to be applicable for the particular audience.Consistently exhibit a positive outlook and collaborate in a highly engaged fashion with other team members.Maintain focus to achieve results and meet deadlines.Assists in the development of Technology-Based training (TBT) and instructor-led training (ILT) packages with guidance from more senior staff.Regularly solicits feedback from peers, staff, and managers, and applies the learning to enhance their own performance and capabilities.Utilize metrics to manage and assess deliverables. Utilizes internal processes, tools, and systems for on-time delivery.Project manage assigned tasks and projects to ensure deadlines are met. Seeks guidance for prioritization and review of deliverablesSkills:Demonstrate the ability to design performance-based courses aligned to identified objectives and target population characteristics.Demonstrates excellent written and verbal English skills.Communicates clearly at multiple levels and with diverse audiences.Exhibits organization skills and self-motivation.Promotes change that supports the business strategy. Continuously demonstrates culture and values.Possesses a general understanding of learning styles. Works well independently and in a team setting.Undergraduate degree in instructional design technology, education, communication, English, technical writing, or any discipline requiring mastery of written communication skills or equivalent experience preferred.Demonstrated experience in adult learning theory and performance based learning.Proficient in the ADDIE process.Proficient in developing both Instructor-led and Web-based training using a variety of software tools.Proficient in Google Workspaces, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Proficient with Articulate, Camtasia, and InDesign.
