Excellent design aesthetics are a must. Must be able to provide a rationale for design ideas. Engage in constructive dialog about how best to progress with projects. Also, must communicate clearly regarding workload and deliverables. Contribute to brainstorms to create memorable ideas and concepts.* Be part of the team that creates beautiful and effective three-dimensional, experiential design solutions to engage the consumer. Must be passionate about design and brand on the whole and be able to illustrate and produce concepts, floor plans and 3D renderings that elegantly illustrate our ideas to our clients and serve as working drawings for production facilities. Focus on branded environments, while keeping a holistic perspective on the overall creative solution that meets the objective.* Partner with engagement strategists, interactive (design and strategy) and graphic designers to ensure seamless integration of digital interactive experience with physical environments.* Work with client service and strategy leads to develop, maintain and grow multiple client relationships. Partner with business development to pitch and win new client relationshipsSupervisory ResponsibilitiesDirect Reports- This position does not have supervisory responsibilities for direct reportsIndirect Reports- This position does not have guidance or mentoring responsibilities for indirect reportsTravel and/or Driving Requirements- Driving is not an essential duty and function of this job- Travel up to 5%Minimum QualificationsEducation Level: (Required): Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience(Preferred): Bachelor's DegreeField of Study/Area of Experience: Graphic Design, Architecture, Industrial Design or similar discipline- 5+ years of experience in designing physical environmentsSkills, Knowledge and Abilities- Excellent written communication and verbal communication skills- Good interpersonal skills- Strong prioritization skills- Ability to exercise sound judgment- Ability to make oral presentations- Ability to ensure a high level of service and quality is maintained- Ability to work effectively with management- Ability to visualize and plan objectives and goals strategically- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle a fast-paced work environment- Track record of building and maintaining customer/client relationships- Flexible and adaptable, able to change and alter according to changes in projects or business environment- Ability to work independently and prioritize duties with minimal supervision, in order to meet deadlines- Ability to complete multiple duties with accuracy shifting from one to another with frequent interruptions and competing deadlines- Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, and web-browsersEnvironmental & Physical RequirementsOffice / Sedentary RequirementsIncumbent must be able to perform the essential functions of the job.
