Luxury brand is seeking a Social Media Coordinator who will support the marketing and communications teams.Responsibilities:Assists with implementing social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies.Helps schedule and coordinate a monthly brainstorming meeting to plan for a monthly social media, editorial, marketing and blog calendar.Provides engaging text, image, and video content for social media accounts.Responds to comments and customer queries in a timely manner.Increases the number of followers on all channels by following and engaging with potential clients and candidates.Use company scheduling account to schedule posts for Facebook, Instagram, X, and LinkedInMonitors and reports on feedback via social media and websitesTest social media advertisements and reports on findings.Assists with monthly Social Media ReportingOrganizes and participates in events to build community and boosts brand awareness.Coordinates with Marketing and Public Relations (PR) teams to ensure brand consistency.Liaises with various departments to stay updated on new products and features.Performs other related duties as assigned by managementExperience:Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field2 years experience in social media management2 years experience working as a Social Media CoordinatorExperience with Facebook, Instagram, Meta Business SuiteThrived in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction
