Come join the family!The Audio Content Manager will plan and execute content strategy crucial for MTX marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will be a leader, clear communicator, and possess excellent analytical skills to maintain our brand identity across online platforms, resellers, and marketing events.We are seeking qualified candidates in the Phoenix, AZ market.Essential Functions
Formulating a cross-platform content strategy supporting the organization's brand ideals and goals.Developing clear and consistent social media brand identity criteria across all platforms.Creating, editing, and proofreading content, images, and videos.Providing editorial, creative, and technical support to team members.Managing targeted content for the company's website.Developing a web content strategy aligning with the company's image.Collaborating with various teams to create promotional concepts.Maintaining a content marketing calendar.Developing Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) for progress evaluation.Optimizing search-engine copy for SEO.Ensuring quality, clarity, and consistency of all content.Engaging MiTek’s online audience and identifying social media trends.Managing content distribution across all channels.Creating video scripts, storyboarding, and updating web content.Collaborating on marketing materials and FAQ content.Qualifications
EDUCATION:
Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Journalism, Computer Science, or related field preferredEXPERIENCE:
Three to five years’ experience in a Content Manager role or similarSkills
Basic understanding of MS Office, Adobe Creative Cloud, and HTMLProficiency in Google Analytics, WordPress, Adobe Illustrator, and social media management toolsExperience with AI, Photography, and Video is a plusExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational and leadership skillsCreativity in developing engaging contentKnowledge of SEO best practicesMiTek/AtlasIED is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
