Summary:

The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing company-wide events, including tradeshows, customer hospitality events, user groups, and workshops. In addition, the Marketing Specialist will launch and oversee marketing campaigns across both digital and traditional channels. This role requires a creative and organized individual with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional event experiences and effective marketing campaigns.

Job Duties:

Plan, coordinate, and execute company-wide events such as tradeshows, customer hospitality events, user groups, and workshopsCollaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure all event logistics are managed effectivelyManage event budgets, ensuring cost efficiency without compromising on qualityCreate event marketing materials, including invitations, programs, signage, and promotional items.Oversee event registration processes, including the management of attendee lists and event communicationsCoordinate on-site event activities, including setup, teardown, and real-time troubleshootingEvaluate event success through attendee feedback and performance metrics, and provide post-event reports and recommendationsDevelop and launch marketing campaigns across various digital and traditional channels, including social media, email, search engines, print, events, sponsorships and promotionsCollaborate with design and content teams to create and launch compelling and targeted content for campaigns, including ad copy, emails, social media posts, and landing pagesMonitor and analyze campaign performance, using data to optimize and improve future campaignsManage relationships with external partners, such as media agencies and vendors, to ensure successful campaign executionStay up to date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the company’s marketing efforts remain competitive and effectiveOther duties as assignedQualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field3-5 years of experience in event planning and marketing campaign executionProven track record of successfully managing large-scale events and marketing campaignsStrong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneouslyExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in using marketing tools and platforms, such as CRM systems, email marketing software, and social media management tools
