Production Artist
to collaborate with the creative services team to produce digital and print materials to support and promote the Harkins brands. Applies design standards and directions as provided by the team.

Production of print and digital media projects including brochures, menus, POP/in-theatre displays, outdoor displays, website imagery, digital banner advertising, social media imagery, mobile device imagery, packaging and more.Researches and sources digital contentMakes adjustments and edits to deliverables as needed.Assists production artists and graphic designers as needed.Ensures consistency in design and use while enforcing brand standards.Ensures art/product is properly formatted for production/publication.Identifies opportunities and potential concerns and troubleshoots problems as they arise.Regular attendance and physical presence at the work site.Sets high standards for self while maintaining company standards, policies and procedures to ensure delivery of the ultimate moviegoing experience at all times.Maintains a professional working environment while setting a positive and professional example.Administrative duties including filing, faxing, copying, emailing, scheduling meetings, transferring files, preparing shipments.Requires typing on a computer, close detail work requiring visual acuity, finger dexterity, reaching, lifting/carrying light items, interacting with others, speaking on the telephone, problem solving and cognitive skills.Additional Duties
Participates in preparations for the annual awards event and works during the event as needed.Assists with ad-hoc projects as needed.What We Are Looking For:
Minimum 2 years experience in graphic arts/design. Bachelor's degree preferred.Proficient with Mac-based computers, using Adobe Creative Cloud software including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat and others.Knowledge of print/publishing processes as well as digital environments including social media platforms.Knowledge of Illustrator and Photoshop artboards.Knowledge of Photoshop Timeline and Adobe Premiere a plus.Familiarity with iOS and Android platforms.Able and willing to learn new processes and programs as needed.Able to operate with focus, prioritize and work on various projects and deadlines with frequent interruptions while maintaining flexibility and composure.Organized with strong attention to detail and ability to exercise judgment and discretion in maintaining confidential and sensitive information.Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint experience.Strong work ethic to see a project through from start to finish.Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.Able to work independently and/or collaborate with a team in a fast-paced environment.Maintains a professional attitude and demeanor. Demonstrates unimpeachable integrity and accountability. Communicates professionally in all circumstances.Embraces Harkins inclusiveness and treats everyone with respect.
