The Marketing Director develops and directs the marketing objectives, strategies and programs for the organization. The Marketing Director works closely with other organization leaders to align with the organizational goals and achieve successful outcomes that build the HomeSmart Brand.
The Marketing Director will have a heavy emphasis on overseeing the organization's digital marketing efforts including website management, email marketing, social media and online advertising.
Additionally the Marketing Director will drive the development of marketing strategies, manage conception, development and implementation of marketing plans and strategy, oversee the coordination and strategic direction of external marketing agencies and independent contractors and handle PR and media relations.
If you are a seasoned Marketing Director that has been in the industry as a senior marketing manager for at least 5 years and 8 years with print, content and social media marketing this job is for you!
