Our client is seeking a skilled UI Copywriter to join their team. This role involves crafting and refining copy for retail advertising experiences, ensuring clear and effective communication across mobile and desktop interfaces. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with research, design, and product management teams to develop, test, and iterate on content. The role also requires managing content consistency across various levels, including style guides, templates, and analytics, while working alongside multiple cross-functional teams to maintain transparency and alignment.

Responsibilities:Write and optimize UI copy for retail advertising experiences, focusing on clarity and user engagement.Collaborate with research, design, product management, engineering, and other teams to develop and test content.Manage content at various levels, including style guides, templates, and analytics, ensuring consistency and alignment across all platforms.Partner with product, program management, UX, engineering, support operations, legal, PR, and other editorial groups to maintain content transparency and consistency.Contribute to the creation of consumer-focused communications, including online help, online content production, editing, and content strategy.Qualifications :

Mandatory Skills/Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, or a related field (such as Human-Computer Interaction or Psychology).1-3 years of experience in UI copywriting, with a focus on mobile and desktop interfaces.Proven experience working with UX functions and teams.Strong background in online help, online content production, editing, UX writing, content strategy, and marketing communications for consumer-focused content.A portfolio demonstrating product and writing work.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to develop presentations and deliverables.Preferred Qualifications/Nice to Have:

Experience with advertiser products or B2B environments.Previous experience in the retail or shopping space.Familiarity with writing content for additional modes of communication such as direct mail, phone scripts, and printed user guides.Expert command of writing benefit-oriented, consumer-focused copy.Strong understanding of user experience principles and email marketing.Ability to work globally and cross-functionally in an ambiguous environment.Excellent project management skills and the ability to work independently on multiple initiatives simultaneously.Professional experience of 1-3 years in writing and designing product experiences as part of a UX team or at a digital agency.Proven ability to drive design thinking through close collaboration with UX and product teams.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $42.42 to $47.13 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
