Marketing Administrative Assistant

you will support the VP and Marketing Team. You bring strong skills that match the experience noted in the information below and also experience in the

Microsoft Office 365 suite of tools and applications, This includes managing Outlook calendars; setting up and managing SharePoint sites; using Teams; and setting up OneDrive shared drives as needed. You have the ability to come up to speed in a timely manner on key applications such as SAP, Concur (travel and expense) and others applications as needed.

Makes independent decisions on planning, organizing, and scheduling their daily work.Great interpersonal skills and commitment to task.Strong analytical and organizational skills to support the marketing teams as needed.Uses creativity to achieve goals and solve issues while escalating issues as needed on an exception basis.Exercises considerable discretion and confidentiality as needed.Works independently and with general direction in most cases. •Reviews work (expense, travel requests, facility work orders etc.) before submitting to management.Backfills as needed from time-to-time other administrative staff during holiday times.Provides advanced administrative support to senior management.Proactively reviews and manages calendars to avoid conflicts.Performs administrative duties for manager and/or department as requested.Uses tact and discretion in handling highly confidential and sensitive information.Initiates, compiles, analyze and prepares reports as requested.Responds to and routes incoming calls to appropriate departments/individuals.Supports annual planning calendar and staff meeting planning/organization.What You Bring:

5+ years in senior secretarial/administrative capacity or equivalent combination of education and experience. Associate or higher level degree a plus.Excellent communication, analytical skills, diplomacy, and tact.Strong reading, business writing, planning, analytical, organizational, interpersonal, customer service, and overall communication skills.Advanced PC-office application skills.Complete operating knowledge of all applicable office equipment.High sensitivity, confidentiality, diplomacy and tact in dealing with work issues.Previous marketing experience is a plus.

Compensation:

The estimated base salary range for this position is $64,200 to $88,400 at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors. This position is eligible for a variable annual bonus, which is dependent upon achievement of your individual objectives and Company performance.
