Position Summary:The
Marketing Specialist
will implement our digital performance marketing strategy through paid search, paid social media, display, and media buying channels. The key objective of this role is to optimize our paid media channels in order to drive awareness, generate online traffic, and gain new customers within network coverage areas.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Coordinate with external agencies and vendorsExecute and grow paid media strategy through various channels including Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, and OTT/Streaming Platforms.Work with sales & marketing teams to optimize our KPIs (key performance indicators): impressions, click through rate, conversion rate, and cost per click.Execute a testing roadmap. Learn and optimize the paid media channels.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising or related field requiredPossess exceptional knowledge of SEM and Paid Media strategies and industry best practices. Experience with ad buying is a plus.Customer-centric mindset and the ability to understand target consumer mindsetStrong analytical capability with experience in marketing analyticsStrong project management, attention to detail, and a no-task-too-small mentality
