PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

Join Maverick Studios, the in-house creative and production agency at Inspire Brands in Atlanta, GA.

Support Inspire’sfamily of brands bycreatingworld-class content for our fellow brands and shared services teams.

Ensure the culture and values of Inspire and brands is reflective in all content created.

Collaborate and support other members of the Studio to ensure that broader team goals are met.

Support Inspire’s family of brands by working directly with producers, photographers, videographers and content editors to elevate our brands and improve the effectiveness of our marketing and communications to both internal and external stakeholders.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Support the communication and marketing efforts forInspire and its family of restaurant brands video/photography work.

Attend team and client meetings, taking notes and participating in collaborations.

Work closely and collaboratively with a variety of teams, at the corporate, brand and franchisee level.

Manage strict deadlines and coordinate edits with project owners, managers, and collaborators to effectively support multiple projects at once.

Collaborate and learn from other creatives of various skillsets, specialties, and levels of experience to create and execute high quality work.

Assist in the development of digital, print and social assets during photo and video shoots

Assist in office administrative duties not limited too, shipping items, inventorying product, documenting receipts, researching, data input.

Support crew needs, including but not limited to, setting up and taking down equipment, coordinating catering, and shopping for food styling and props.

Attend productions onsite and offsite.

Assemble Pre-Production books and call sheets for all upcoming photo and video shoots.

Leverage tools from project management systems to creative briefs and askquestions to learn and organize requests and needs to ensure we can move fast and produce high quality work.

Continuously organize and maintain the graphic elements and video library. Maintain digital files and ensure that projects are properly archived, documented and accessible.

Possess an understanding of how to produce work across print, digital, and photo/video for marketing, advertising, and communications.

Operate as liaison between project team members and clients/business partners when needed.

Learn, build, and implement industry skills.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

Working towards a 4 year / Bachelor’s Degree

Working towards a 4-year Bachelor’s degree or equivalent inMedia/Production/Photography OR broadcast/Visual Media degree combined with a promising portfolio of work, appropriate for the level of experience and opportunity one has had to date in the production/photography field.

EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATION

1 year

Minimum 1year of video/photography/editing experience at a digital, marketing or communications agency (or equivalent in a corporate, in-house setting). Experience working with restaurant, food and beverage brands a plus.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS or ABILITIES

Availability to commit to a minimum of (2) two 8-hour days a week (fall/spring semesters only) or 40 hours a week (summer).

Excellent planning and organization skills.

Familiar with the processes and work of a creative / video / design / print production work environment.

Knowledge of workflow process invideo/photography and workflow in software management.

Experience with a wide array of media, formats, platforms, and mediums includingbroadcast, digital/mobile/social, POP, outdoor and events, video.

Fluent in the latest Adobe Creative Cloud suite and creative workflow and project management platforms such as Workfront, Jira, Monday, Smartsheet.

Required: Intermediate to advanced knowledge in Adobe Software including but not limited to Premier, After Effects, or similar software like Final Cut Pro, Davinci Resolve and Audition. Knowledge in Capture One and Pro Tools is a plus.

A basic understanding of traditional corporate communication and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Office and other platforms such as Teams, SharePoint, Zoom, etc.

Demonstratable knowledge of on set production set-up.

Ability to multi-task and learn on the job.

Using one’s natural creativity to solve problems, find answers and contribute what is needed as well as what is asked for.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong interpersonal skills and the confidence to admit what you do not know, could improve upon, and need to learn.
