You Are:

An Associate Creative Director who is highly experienced in business development, content marketing and campaigns for B2C and public sector. You will ensure exceptional results on campaign concepts, headline and copy deliverables, design, brand consistency and client engagement. This role provides an excellent opportunity to expand the creative relationship and build a creative team to support the growth.

You are a creative leader who loves creative strategy, embraces data and knows how to make headlines sing. You will thrive on the principles of less is more and simplicity, figuring out how to zone in on the single most important idea of campaign and carry it across deliverables. You like being in front of clients, helping them evolve their brand, messaging and approach to lifecycle marketing, and enjoy being in the trenches with strategists, creative teams, and analytics experts to unlock new ways of reaching customers. You must thrive in a highly collaborative, fast-paced work environment, enjoy becoming an expert in a client’s products and services, and work well as an extension of the client’s team.

Core Duties and Responsibilities

:

Create campaigns and deliverables for a variety of channels

Inspire and lead the creative team to deliver world-class, effective campaign deliverables

Develop campaigns and content for a variety of audiences

Lead projects from concept to delivery

Collaborate with the strategy team to build engaging campaigns and experiences

Present and defend concepts, copy and design in both internal and client-facing meetings

Deliver assignments on time while consistently meetings quality standards

Listen, understand, prioritize and translate client situation, marketing goals and information into creative and strategic concepts, messaging and deliverables

Actively build the client relationship to establish confidence, collaboration and growth

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s in communications, visual arts or equivalent

Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar position

Ability to present and discuss/defend creative concepts and deliverables

An overall understanding of digital production and the capabilities within digital value chain is essential

Preferred Qualifications:

A strong portfolio of content marketing and campaign work

A proven mastery of creative execution in new and traditional brand channels

Demonstrated talent for creative concepting and ideation

Proven results in pulling through client strategy to tangible results

Excellent communication skills

Efficient and fast-paced work ethic–able to produce significant output with minimal wasted effort

Superior problem solving and decision-making skills

Proven leadership skills with strong creative management and coaching abilities

Professional Qualifications:

Ambitious and resilient team player curious, flexible, autonomous and with a sense of urgency

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of

California, Colorado, Hawaii, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia

. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience. The pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia is:

$95,800—$204,500 USD
