Job Duties and Responsibilities

As part of the employer brand and recruitment marketing team, you will work alongside recruiter and sourcer teams to develop and manage outbound marketing initiatives. This is a strategic, detail-oriented role where you will drive the full lifecycle of recruitment marketing projects, including brainstorming, planning, implementation, optimization, and reporting.

This position will report directly to the Employer Brand and Recruitment Marketing Manager, and will be part of the larger Talent Channels & Programs team within HR.

Key Responsibilities:

Create marketing content and campaigns that spark the imagination of individuals that may be a great fit for a role at DISH

Collaborate with recruiting leaders to understand their needs; develop talent marketing programs that help them achieve their hiring goals

Expand our visibility and grow our brand on platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, and our career site

Engage with our marketing agencies and vendors to support ongoing and new programmatic marketing campaigns

Monitor application flow to various recruiting teams

Support hiring events, involves crafting customized brand messaging, leveraging our events platform, creating invitations to our talent network and new potential candidates, facilitating some logistics, organizing speakers, and following up with candidate leads

Facilitate information sessions and training to help team members embody the brand.

Manage a budget; prioritize spend to make a meaningful impact; confirm invoices accurately reflect the services received

Participate in research to understand the perceptions and needs of our target audience

Prepare presentations to keep Talent Acquisition and business leaders informed of your great work and successful outcomes

Skills, Experience and Requirements

Qualifications:

4+ years of experience on a marketing, brand, talent acquisition, employee experience, or communications team. Recruitment marketing experience is a plus

Experience building marketing campaigns, from strategy to execution to reporting

Experience with paid marketing, organic brand building, content creation, and/or social media management

Experience using data systems (dashboards, reports, spreadsheets) to understand the current landscape and inform future priorities and decisions (be data-minded)

Experience presenting to managers and leaders, explaining an approach, tactics, and the outcome of the work

Experience in autonomous roles, where you delivered results with low to moderate direction from management

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with programmatic and/or paid media campaigns: LinkedIn, Meta, Paid Search, Display

Experience creating stories of teams collaborating to do great things - especially that feature team members with diverse lived experiences

Experience building brand profiles on partner platforms: LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, StackOverflow, etc.

Experience with analytics and marketing performance reporting platforms: Tableau, iCIMS Reporting, agency dashboards, etc.

Experience with ad tracking operations, retargeting, and CRM

We collaborate together in our global headquarters in south Denver, Colorado. Relocation support is a possibility for the right candidate.

Salary Ranges

Compensation: $63,150.00/Year - $90,000.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location. Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
