DXG provides global leverage of industry and customer insight, driving technology capabilities for local product innovation.The PositionThe Lead UX/CX Research Consultant will be responsible for all aspects of UX Research for the Small Business customer segment within CT Corporation. You will provide close partnership for senior business stakeholders and development heads to deliver world-class experiences through data-driven decision-making.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Lead User Research: Collaborating with segment leadership and CT strategy lead, Product Management, UX Design, and Engineering to define the long-term vision and strategy for user experience research.Partner with segment leadership and Product Managers to understand business goals and objectives.Lead the planning and execution of user research initiatives, employing a variety of generative and evaluative research methods.Create understanding and empathy around user needs for the entire product team.Explore the behaviors and motivations of users through methods like contextual inquiry, concept validation, surveys, and usability testing.Partner with embedded UX design leads/teams to evaluate prototypes and solutions with customers.Ensure that product teams are using research findings to inform design decisions.Drive the culture of feedback and metrics to improve the user experience.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on user experience goals.Regular communication of status and metrics to management and stakeholders.Advocate for standard processes to ensure quality and consistency of work.Involve all members of cross-functional teams in research and analysis.Industry Awareness:Staying up to date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in user experience research.Desired Experience:At least 10 years of relevant research experience.Significant experience working with senior clients, stakeholders, and developers.Exceptional communication and presentation skills.Experience working in a Lean/Agile development environment.Excellent time and project management skills.Some experience with B2C products and small businesses.Additional Information:Wolters Kluwer offers great benefits including Medical, Dental, & Vision Plans, 401(k), FSA/HSA, Commuter Benefits, Tuition Assistance Plan, Vacation and Sick Time, and Paid Parental Leave.Diversity Matters:
