The Executive Director, Comcast Integration, Strategy & Solutioning of Business Operations will sit at the center of Comcast Advertising, both leading and supporting operational excellence across FreeWheel, Effectv, and Comcast Consumer Services Engineering efforts. This role will balance immediate optimization and long-term opportunities to strengthen our position in the marketplace. Familiarity with advertising tech, supply, demand, ad call/log data, and inventory types (e.g., linear, OTT, programmatic) is critical, along with consulting and/or program delivery experience.Job DescriptionIn partnership with stakeholders, develop the sales strategy and technical enablement roadmap of the Comcast Audience Direct product for increased platform monetization.Align Comcast Advertising monetization opportunities with new and evolving Comcast Consumer Services product experiences (e.g., FAST, TVE, Cloud).Assess technical and business function considerations.Oversee roadmap submission for prioritization.Partner with CMCSA portfolio businesses to achieve advertising goals as it relates to data policy and tech improvement.Be a company-wide resource for advertising industry practice and standards.Create and advise on materials for executive presentations, project management tracking, etc.Valuable Skills:Genuine curiosity for how to shape advertising for today's world.Unflappable ability to leave a meeting with clear, effective next steps.Ability to think entrepreneurially while appreciating the formality of working for a high-profile corporation.Optimistic and a benefit-of-the-doubt perspective.EducationMaster's Degree preferred; Comcast may consider applicants with a combination of coursework and experience, or extensive related professional experience.Relevant Work Experience10 YearsComcast is an EOE/Veterans/Disabled/LGBT employer.
