We are seeking Marketing leaders for some of our portfolio companies. In this position, you will create and lead marketing strategy, leading the team through their next phase of evolution and growth. You will build category and brand awareness and develop scalable marketing plans that will generate demand. The ideal candidate will be an outside-the-box thinker inspired by our portfolio companies' missions and will create dynamic content and campaigns for targeted audiences to build a passionate community of followers, customers, and partners. Your ideas and commitment to execution will help grow engagement, innovate, and drive the business forward through a broad scope of marketing efforts.

Develop and execute company-wide marketing strategies to support the company's goals, ensuring the approach is understood and performed throughout the team.

Build an energetic, high-performing cross-functional marketing function that provides strategic direction, guidance, and mentorship.

Set goals, direction and lead day-to-day priorities, workflow, and quality for the marketing team.

Collaborate closely with leadership teams from various business units and sales channels.

Oversee and facilitate measuring and evaluating marketing effectiveness, budgets, and forecasts.

Plan and develop marketing programs supporting brand initiatives and messaging across digital and traditional touchpoints.

Lead the creation of company messaging, guidelines, and brand book.

Provide oversight and direction for communications and public relations efforts.

Lead all aspects of development and delivery against a comprehensive editorial calendar geared toward marketplace education, lead generation, and retention.

Collaborate on defining the strategy of go-to-market plans, including new product launches, communications, vertical marketing, and sales enablement.

Qualifications

You have 10+ years of B2B, B2C, B2B2C, and/or B2G marketing experience (preferably in a start-up environment).

You have 5+ years of experience in a leadership role, building and leading a dynamic marketing organization.

You can quickly learn new markets and technology.

You demonstrate the ability to foster positive and productive relationships with internal partners

You can solve any problem in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.

You can interpret and apply market research data to strategic plans.

You have experience in budget and resource management for multiple projects.

The annual base salary range is $225,000 to $280,000. The base salary will depend on numerous factors such as experience, knowledge, and skills.About Playground Global:
