Global Marketing Manager

to be remote!Job Summary/ PurposeThe global marketing manager will be responsible for developing marketing strategies, defining new product sales goals, conducting market research, and developing strategies to reach our target customers. They will also focus on global trends in marketing to identify innovation opportunities & sales strategies. They are ultimately responsible for implementing the global market strategy & programs for Koura’s refrigerants business, including segmentation and implementation milestones.Main ResponsibilitiesResponsible for developing, managing, and implementing the global market strategy & programs for Koura’s refrigerants business, including segmentation and implementation milestones.Utilize the marketing playbook to define market/application/customer segments & opportunities for Koura to win.Develop relationships and partnerships with customer decision makers and technical staff; represent Koura as both a marketing & technical specialist.Collaborate with the sales team to promote innovations & better understand market needs; train front line on value proposition & provide support to implement market plans.Align R&I development work with market trends, unmet needs, and marketing goals.For all identified programs, drive Marketing Process: Market Assessment, Market Positioning, and Value creation & Execution plan. Drive via stakeholder buy-in through each milestone of the Marketing Process.Knowledge/ Experience Required7+ years of strategic marketing experience5+ years of experience in the refrigerants industry with a deep intimate knowledge of both the business and technical aspects of the value chain, key players, application requirements and material solutions.A recognized leader with experience in developing new materials businesses related to refrigerants.Ideal candidate has both a strong technical and business background with experience in portfolio development & management.Behaviors that can help you succeed at Orbia:Develop yourself & Others.Drive ResultsProvide Vision & DirectionRelocation Sponsorship:Koura will not cover international/ national relocation.We welcome purpose-driven dreamers, doers, and builders, recognizing that it takes difference to make a difference.
