Read on.A leading digital marketing agency with clients in the entertainment, media and mission-based spaces is looking for a savvy Supervisor, Media Buying to join their nimble team and craft an inspiring training program for their young media professionals. As Supervisor, Media Buying, you’ll lead, coach and develop a small team of entry-level media associates by working hands-on-keyboard alongside them. You’ll be tasked with developing and managing this associate program – including teaching them how to build search account structures, campaigns, keywords, ad copy, ad extensions, etc. You’ll be responsible for coaching on QA’ing digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Display & Video 360, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn. Plus, you’ll help your team monitor budgets, pacing, and optimize campaigns to surpass campaign KPI benchmarks.Why You?How you’ll know if you’re a fit…The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years of digital media buying experience across multiple platforms (e.g. paid search, social, display). Expertise with industry tools such as Facebook Ads Manager, Facebook Business Manager, YouTube, Google Search, Google Display Network, GTM, and Google Analytics is a must. You’re attuned to the ever-changing landscape of media platforms, strategies, and techniques. You’re a natural born leader, manager, and people person. You easily build positive relationships and communication channels with other teams and departments. You truly enjoy mentoring and developing others.
