You will lead a team including a Business Analyst, Developers, Quality Engineers and interface extensively with internal stakeholders and external partners.Oversee and ensure the quality of your team’s requirements gathering, solutioning design, and implementation of data flows, business processes, integrations, and data processing logic to meet requirements of the title metadata systemCollaborate with technology peers and advisors on evolving the analytics platform to ensure the title metadata flowing through the ecosystem is complete, robust, and accurateBuild protocols and processes to enable frictionless collaboration with Venu technology stakeholders, primarily Managers and Directors owning complimentary applicationsAnalyze and negotiate design tradeoffs, prioritization, and dependencies between related systems in the Venu ecosystemFacilitate strong working relationships, based on an understanding of business needs and data/system architecture, with third party partners who contribute title metadata to Venu that enable them to deliver the highest quality input and address issues earlyDesign, implement, and monitor operational controls to ensure zero application downtime including stress testing/load balancing, disaster recovery, monitoring and altering strategies.Manage daily Scrum ceremoniesIdentify and resolve issues with Salesforce applications, including troubleshooting errors, investigating technical problems, and providing solutionsProviding technical assistance to end-users, including answering questions, resolving problems, and guiding users in navigating the Salesforce platform. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents.
