As the Paid Media Manager for Jenni Kayne and Jenni Kayne Home, you will be an essential part of the Jenni Kayne business, executing and reporting on Direct Response acquisition and retention efforts across key platforms including Meta, Google, Criteo, Pinterest, and TikTok. You will be empowered to grow Jenni Kayne’s presence and profitability across the paid media landscape by way of overseeing a robust testing program, pursuing measurement maturity, and partnering closely with our in-house creative team. This collaborative and detail-oriented position requires strong data and communication skills, as well as the ability and desire to excel in an exciting cross-functional environment.Role and Responsibilities:

Own day-to-day hands-on paid campaign management. This includes but is not limited to campaign planning, setup, quality assurance, testing, measurement/reporting, and optimization across a variety of Search, Social, and Display platforms.Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making real-time adjustments to optimize for ROI and other key performance indicators (KPIs).In partnership with VP of Growth, design and execute on testing roadmaps to continually optimize ad account architectures, creative strategy, targeting, and more.Manage relationships with third-party vendors, agencies, and technology partners to leverage external expertise and tools.Partner closely with creative producers & designers to support the production, testing, and evolution of performance creative assets.Generate detailed performance reports using Shopify, Google Analytics, and Motion.Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders to drive informed decision-making.Work closely with site, merchandising, design, and data teams to drive holistic business success.Qualifications and Requirements:

2-4 years of experience managing paid media campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and Google. Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or other relevant platforms preferred.Experience with programmatic, linear TV, and CTV programming is a plus.Proven track record of driving measurable results through paid media strategies, ideally within the apparel vertical and/or for brands driving upwards of $100M/year.Comfort and fluency within reporting platforms including Google Analytics 4 and Shopify.Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights; experience in generating detailed performance reports and conducting in-depth campaign analysis.Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to clearly articulate campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.Must be local to the Los Angeles area. This is a hybrid role, which will require an employee to work out of our Santa Monica office 2 days per week.Physical Requirements:
