The Department of Choral Studies, Music Education and Sacred Music at Rider University seeks an adjunct instructor - Conductor of Westminster Chapel Choir/Schola Cantorum - for the Fall Semester beginning Monday, September 9, 2024. This position prepares the Chapel Choir and Schola Cantorum, consisting of all freshmen and sophomores at Westminster Choir College of Rider University for recitals/programs on and off campus. The Choir meets MTWF, 11:30-12:30 PM.Position Requirements:
Demonstrated ability and experience in building fundamental musical and choral ensemble skillsDemonstrated ability and experience preparing major Symphonic Choral WorksExcellent conducting/rehearsal techniqueAbility to build and maintain professional, effective partnershipsMust be highly organizedMM Music
