Are you a data-driven and detail-oriented performance marketer? Do you thrive on finding the best channels to optimize marketing communications? Tricoci Salon and Spa is hiring a Sr. Director of Performance Marketing. As a Sr. Director of Performance Marketing you will work closely with our Sr. Director of Brand Marketing to ensure our campaigns are effective.

Here are some highlights of what you will be doing in this role:

Manage and optimize marketing campaigns across various channels including SEO, PPC, Social, Display and Affiliate to drive efficient customer acquisition and revenue growth

Conversion Rate Optimization: Lead CRO efforts to optimize landing pages, user funnels, and user experience to maximize conversion rates and improve customer acquisition efficiency

Monitor and analyze SEO performance, adjusting strategies to improve rankings and traffic.

Develop and implement CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement, retention, and loyalty. Analyze customer data to identify insights and opportunities for segmentation and targeting.

Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and benchmarks for all performance marketing activities.

Budget Management: Oversee the allocation of the performance marketing budget to ensure maximum ROI while meeting growth targets

Build marketing performance data and reporting structures and execute marketing-related technology tasks such as customer segmentation and audience building for effective targeting, attribution etc.

Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing detailed weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reporting that ensures KPI targets are being acquired while providing actionable insights to stakeholders.

Use data-driven approaches to continually refine and improve marketing strategies, ensuring optimal return on investment (ROI).

Identify, prioritize and lead real-time, iterative marketing campaign optimization efforts while automating marketing operations to improve funnel efficiency

Continuously expand the portfolio of digital marketing tech stack to automate reporting, provide deeper analytics, and offer experimentation.

Collaborate with Sr. Director of marketing, service and creative teams to continuously improve and test new creative assets, content strategies, and influencer activations.

Here are some of the skills that we are looking for in this individual:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Science, Business, or a related field (Master’s Degree/MBA preferred)

Minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience in data-centered marketing and analytics.

Fluency with Google Ads and all social media Ad management such as Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest.

Technical Expertise in marketing platforms, analytics tools, and programmatic advertising including performance marketing platforms. GA4 proficiency is required as well as familiarity with multi-channel attribution models.

Experience with Email/SMS marketing tools like Klaviyo. Social analytics and Affiliate marketing management platforms like Sprout, GRIN, Tagger.

Ability to conduct keyword research using tools like Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, or Ahrefs. Understanding of on-page optimization techniques, including meta tags, content optimization and internal linking.

Experience managing digital agencies.

Ecommerce/marketplace management experience a plus however not required.

Experience in or passion for the beauty and wellness industry is a must-have.

Desire to work in a fast-paced, highly ambiguous entrepreneurial culture

Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills coupled with a passion for using data to drive marketing decisions.
