Digital Marketing and Design Manager
to help tell our brand story across all digital platforms. You will collaborate closely with our Creative Director, sales team, and our ad agency to manage digital marketing and help create visually stunning assets for DTC and B2B channels.While this role is marketing focused, candidates must have digital design experience.Specifically, the role entails:Visual Design Creation:
Develop eye-catching visuals for digital marketing campaigns, including social media graphics, digital ads, and website assets.Brand Consistency:
Ensure all design elements adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all platforms.Campaign Management:
Work closely with our marketing agencies (Meta, Amazon and Klaviyo) to conceptualize and execute campaign-specific designs that drive engagement and conversions.Shopify Management:
Own different Shopify upgrades and features including apps and merchandising.UI/UX Optimization:
Collaborate with our web developer to optimize user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design elements on Shopify.Reporting and Analytics Management:
Help identify and track performance metrics and reporting in Google Analytics, Amazon and other sales platforms.Qualifications:3-5 years of experience with direct to consumer brandsShopify and Shopify apps experienceRetention marketing experienceExperience and understanding of ecommerce and social media landscapeProficient in Adobe Creative Suite and FigmaStrong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skillsIllustrations, animations and video editing are a plusThis is ideally a full-time role in our bright office in DUMBO and comes with benefits, 401k and a kitchen full of snacks and Diet Coke.Please send a resume, cover letter, portfolio and one interesting fact about yourself that isn't on either of those.
