Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Assistant & Client Relations Representative to join our team at Callen. This will be a part-time position for Thursdays and Fridays. Reporting directly to the Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the success of our team through greeting clients, answering phones, upkeeping our Design Center, and performing various marketing duties. The ideal candidate is organized, a multi-tasker, a solution finder, and has a client-care-focused mindset.
Essential Responsibilities – including but not limited to:
Open/close the Design Center
Handle inbound and outbound calls
Greet and provide support to Design Center visitors
Schedule consultations for Sales • Design Consultants
Manage database entry of client record within CRM
Collect and distribute mail and other deliveries
Maintain a follow-up system for client records including texts, emails, phone calls, and post cards.
Provide exceptional support to clients with services on previous projects
Assist Marketing Specialist with tasks related to campaign initiatives
Keep inventory of client gifts, track in CRM, and disperse to Sales • Design Consultants
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of experience in client relations
High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite, Marketsharp, Adobe PDF forms.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members across departments.
Superior organization skills and attention to detail.
Strong business ethic and excellent work ethic.
Ability to learn quickly learn new software and grasp office policies and procedures.
Ability to work independently and proactively.
Must have a valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and a vehicle in working order to travel to work and to various job sites. Mileage reimbursement is provided per pay period.
