Pay Rate: $40 per hourLooking for candidates with 1-2 years of paid social experience. Must have experience managing paid campaigns in Meta (FB/IG), TikTok, Snapchat, Google Search, etc.Paid Social Media AssociateThe Paid Social Media Associate will oversee the day-to-day set-up and management of paid social and search media campaigns. Responsibilities include campaign setup and execution, budget management, creative trafficking, and the development of reports and actionable analytics.Job Requirements:Education : Bachelor's degree.Experience : 1-2 years of experience in paid digital media, with experience in digital audience platforms (e.g., Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, Google Search, Amazon Search).Technical Skills : Proficiency in Excel (e.g., PivotTables, Data Tables) and other MS Office products (Word, PowerPoint, Teams).Knowledge : Strong understanding of the digital media/marketing landscape, with a focus on addressable media. Hands-on experience with planning and managing paid social and programmatic activities across performance platforms is a plus.Tools : Experience with DoubleClick and other third-party tracking solutions.Abilities : Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
