As a rapidly expanding franchise originally established in Canada, we're committed to bringing the essence of Mediterranean cuisine to customers across North America while maintaining our roots and giving back to the community.About the Role:As our Marketing Manager, you will be at the forefront of developing and executing marketing strategies to elevate our brand, support our franchisees, and fuel business growth. You'll collaborate with senior management to create groundbreaking campaigns, manage marketing budgets, and analyze performance metrics. A key aspect of your role will be managing our social media presence and engaging with our audience.Key Responsibilities:Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans to drive brand awareness, franchisee engagement, and customer acquisition.Design and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and events.Oversee and optimize our social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others. Develop content calendars, create engaging posts, and manage interactions with followers.Ensure consistency of brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials and platforms.Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.Provide marketing support and resources to franchisees, including creating promotional materials, training, and best practice sharing.Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources and tracking expenditures.Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, including social media metrics, providing regular reports and insights to optimize strategies and achieve objectives.Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and design, to ensure alignment and successful execution of marketing initiatives.Plan and coordinate promotional events, trade shows, and franchisee meetings to enhance brand presence and engagement.Develop local marketing campaigns through travel.Help grow the team to support the brand's future growth.Ad hoc tasks as assignedQualifications:Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role, preferably in franchising or QSR.Strong understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing, and social media platforms.Experience in managing social media accounts and creating engaging content.Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, social media management tools, Adobe Creative Suite).Creative thinking with strong problem-solving skills.Knowledge of the franchising industry and experience with franchise systems is an asset.If you're ready to take on a challenging yet rewarding role and be part of our journey to culinary excellence, we want to hear from you!
